hiya there
rite ive just done my car up wit a body kit n new wheels but i need to build a parcel shelf me n my boyfriend made one but wen out house got raided off the police they wen thru my car n broke my parcel shelf so now im need help to make a better one that looks gud n can cope wit how loud i have my cd play.. plz someone help me

You can pick up a stealth shelf as a kit.
It's plenty solid enough...or I think they come pre-built.

Alternatively just use some mdf and build your own, ebay will have acoustic carpet to cover it with.

My 1st acoustic shelf was made using 2 sheets of 10mm MDF. Use the bottom layer to mount the speakers, cut the upper layer to the shape of the raised section of a std shelf. Bolt & bond the 2 layers together (recessed holes for bolts). Cut speaker holes, cover in acoustic carpet, staple around edges underneath & I cannibalised an old shelf for the hangers & mounts to sit it on the shelf mounts.

Job done. 1 stealth shelf.

Suggest dynamat in the rear 1/4 panels & tailgate to make the most of the stiff shelf & 6x9's.
