Lowwering 60mm

I have lowwered my Nova 60mm on 14inch GSI wheels. I just brought the springs. Now i'm sure some one said that it will fail the MOT if the shocks arnt upgraded as well , is this rght??

Don't really care anyway cause the handling is the bolocks now!!

it should only fail the mot if the springs fall out there seats when jacked up :wink:

I have said in a recent post that some people have been known to cut their springs to make the car well low, so when it's jacked up for MOT the springs fall out of the shock cups. If you get a proper spring kit or a matched spring and damper kit you shouldn't have this problem and the MOT will be fine from that point of view.

some people tie strap the springs in place :o
Personally wouldnt recommend it but have been known to pass MOT
