cheap red tinting spray

anyone know anywhere that sells this stuff? hinted around halfords etc, nothing, halfords is utter s*ite lol

dont worry im not going to tint my windows etc, going to make a set of them red/clear rear lights, but with the reverse bit and fog bit red aswell. but cant find somewhere that sells red tint srap
any ideas? like this, but i cba with splitting stnadards etc, ill just spray them lol
