i needed a new key bored this one is dead. lol , how much power you want from the 1.3 sr is about how much you want to spend.
and what you plan to use it for.
strippping it out will cost you nothing and give a fair lot in gains,
t40 and cam will put you about the 100bhp mark
head work and fully system could see another 10bhp.
then with a lot mroe cash you can go bigger cam for head work light balancewheel flywheel, pocket pistion and so on be looking at 120bhp ish may be more,
but money spent on the engine work would see better gain from avo coilover and brakes and even a diff.
although if you want something a bit less motorsport, put nitros on her and give it 50 bhp when you want it lol.

put one in something else don't ruin an SR !!!
