injectors to carbs

Right i have just put a 1600 16v into my GSi was wondering what sort of work/ costs are involved in swapping from injectors to carbs? and what parts would i need? if it is an expensive job will have to go on hold for a while as im of traveling in 3 months and need the cash!

u can buy an inlet manifold for ?120. then ull need a set of 40's and a linkage kit. the big expense is the ignition kit becuz these engines have a dispak so u havetio have something like weber alpha ignition

I was told that by replacing the inlet manifold would give me the biggest noticable BHP increase. can i do this and still keep it on injectors or does it have to go to carbs?

(got to get it running first though)
