As a part ex for my corsa b i took my old mk2 white 1.0 nova.Its only done 47k and has a slight bit of surface rust on the rear arch.The interior looks brand new.The plan was for me to keep it and drop a faster engine in but I was offered a Corsa sport,being very impatient I decided to sell the nova.As I have no idea on the value of it,I thought I would ask you guys as you probably know better than me!

I didnt realise there was a question... It seemed more like you made a ststement & you DID part ex the Nova.

As for the Novas value, a sympathetic dealer may give you a hundred UK pounds or more.. In order to make a sale. Novas are worth diddly squat to the motor trade. Its only us deranged folk on here that get moist at the sight of them. Admittedly a clean one with tax & test is ripe for a new driver to destroy gaining experience. They are too old now by most 'dudes' standards.

Taxed til the end of feb,mot til july but will sail through no question,full service history from vauxhall.The first owner had it through motability so thats why the mileage is so low

To anyone that isnt an enthusiast, its a cheap car (?100), to us enthusiasts its a possible donor shell, ?50-?400 depending on condition.

To get beyond ?200 its got to be mint.

well when it went for its mot last year the tester said it was the best example he had seen in years.just wish i had the money to put into it but after talking it over with my mechanic he didnt think it was worth it...any opinions?

all depends of what you want it to do,

i cant stress enough that we really need the pics first , as said to anybody thats not nova mad , it really isnt worth anything more then 100 no matter what the condition , hard to accpet but true ,

i paid 350 for my really mint 1.0 with 29k on it , i will be insured with an agreed value of 3k this year due to all the mods etc and respray ive had done lol

well the original plan was to get a 1.3 maybe 1.4 car as a whole and take all the bits needed...after going over it with my mechanic he said there was no point as id be losing a major amount of money that i havent really got.will post the only pic i have in a sec,can get more tomorrow if anyone wants

this was the day i bought it,the differences now being the sticker on the rear quarter is gone,there are clear side repeaters and its been lowered
