anyway can someone give me a rough price on this..(my car is standard red, MK2)

De-locking of both drivers and passengers doors
Spraying of front door handles
Smoothing my tailgate!
Rolling of both my rear arches

i'll be goin to BAT sport aswell to get this done i think, so just a rough price will be cool! i just need to know if my credit card will survive this little ammount!

ne way - costs

dunno about bumpers (cost wise) but if doing spraying yerself probably about ?100 in cans, plastic primer, wet n dry and lacquer. Need to lacquer and need at least 3 coats and ed and 3 of lacquer on to stop stone ships showing up 6 months later.

delocking doors/door handles - about ?30 (assuming you do it yourself, have central locking kit wired up to remote key fob) - simply get a stubby bolt and a fat washer and bolt in the hole (cheaper and just as good as welding a plate over it!) then fibreglass both sides for extra measure and skim with body filler. you'll need to remove the rubbery feel from the handles for thr paint to stick
(?30 for the body filler, bolts and fibreglass, wet n dry and a few cans of primer/red paint)

rolling arches - see costs for above (assuming you diy and your arches are not rotten to f u c k like I discovered mine were yesterday - if rotten add ?30 for metal mesh, krust and more fibreglass).
You could always grind them back using a grinder (?20 from B&Q) just paint with sealer (grey stripe) and then prime/red paint

flushing tailgate - about ?150 tops if youre lucky and can find someone flogging one on the sales section (inc P&P). All you got to do is prep it and paint in your chosen colour. If yer luck it will be colour matched already!

you can add that lot up - less than ?400

if getting a shop to do it, round up to about ?1000? (unless you know a man who can... 8) )
