Has any of u lot tried timing urself doing a 0-60. Just as an estimate I used my car stereo timer and got just under 9secs with my modified 1.3SR. I've planned to do it properly using a stopwatch. I was Just interested to c if I could beat the Maxpower rating of 11.8s and I wooped it by 3 secs.

Hi Mate

I have a 1.3 sr with a performance back box and can do 0-60 in just under 10 secs it can do a top speed of 119mph with 4 people in it ! what have you got out of yours

i have a 1.4 sr and i hits it in 9.1 secs

hey m8 sorry 2 tell u but its not accurate wi a stop watch it has 2 be timed profesionaly, thats why u get so good times

I have had 120mph out of mine racing a mark2 xr2 fiesta. i also had a 10.5 o-60 time out of my modded 1.3sr

Ballsy's right again, nowhere near accurate, you need very expensive and accurate timing gear. and all those top end speeds will be wrong too, as the speedos ar notoriuosly inaccurate at those sorts of speeds. sorry

never mind about the top speed as ian says what gear were u all in a nd how many revs?

the speedo may lie but the rev counter wont

Mine will do a 120mph in forth gear @ 5800 revs on a f10 5 gearbox

Ok, iI have 60mm profile tyres instead of 65mm and mine says 115mph at 6200rpm in 4th. But it makes a stupid noise because it hasnt been tuned yet and wont rev any higher.

i tried mine in the rain and i got jus uinder 9 secs 0-60 (1.3sr) plus i wheelspinned in 1st by accident
