1800 16v engine

Right I have a completely destroyed 1800 16v out of a S reg Vectra. It has a hole the size of a football in the back of the block going from the bottom of the head to the bottom of the sump lol, and some smaller ones in the front.

It still has all the things wiring loom, alternator starter motor, injectors, ect....

Looking ?40 or if you need / want any bits off it then let me know an will break it instead.

Head damaged? I am guessing its probably had some valve death?

I would have at a guess there will be some valve death, as the piston will have no doubt shot up after its friend exited the block. I havent removed anything yet so havent seen how bad the head might be though.

I have a mate who has a Vectra 1.8 and he needs a head... if you do decide to strip, keep me in mind for the head matey!

Looks like I'll be breaking the engine now as the monkey that removed the replacement engine cut it out with a chain saw an hence ive had to use all the parts off it. Does your mate just need a head or decent valves as well?
