hi, has anyone ever used deflex before?

what was the service like?

Yes ive used them twice now. The bushes are great, they are easy to speak to with very fast delivery. They sent a couple of wrong bushes but they sent out the right ones straight away and let me keep the others.

Only down side is the bushes are bright orange.

They're under the name "Flo-flex" now. I used them not so long ago, the only thing that annoyed me was they crossed an item off my order saying it was no longer made without even contacting me. Postage of ?7 is a ripoff too.

As above, brilliant service and incredibly fast delivery, although postage at ?7 is a tad steep if you only order say one bush, but for a complete bush kit its not that bad.

Postage doesnt sound too off to me. Its a bit more than an evelope & stamp sending stuff.

De-flex had a reputation for being hard to contact IIRC. Perhaps they went bust & set up again with the new name.
