For the benefit of Stoo's sig, I searched and found nothing so :p
go & ask the nice partsman at the gm dealer.
you'd be surprised what is still available.

I didnt think anything like this would be available from Vaux? if its got elec windows as standard they dont have a hole.
Thanks anyway :thumb:
Hmm. I wonder if the blanking plate for the choke cable on a Mk2 dash would fit...

If not the clock blank may do
On my 1st nova, I used a set of blanking caps from a Montego/Maestro (think you can find em on the Metros too)
They come in 2 parts; they fit either side of the door & lock together by twisting if I remember correct.
At the time I had door cards from a poverty-spec merit, and they didn't look too out of place.
Here's a pic of them in their original home:

I'd forgotten about those but finding a Maestro or Montego in a breakers is going to be hard!

I just used a rubber grommet, that was from halfrauds if I remember rightly. Looked ok and fitted perfect.
You can just see one in the pic

Cut a round piece of card and glue accoustic shelf material or felt on it and stick it to the door card.
