I've run over 340hp without any breakages :)

Just make sure you use new cv's as you can't expect 200k old nova ones to handle the power ;)

Chris Astley can supply the cv's (or any local motor factor)
Ian @ Eurorallye usually keeps the shafts iirc.

FYI the inner cv's accept a 22 spline driveshaft, if you look in the book at your motor factors it will list all the details you need so that you get the correct cv's

Just use the ones on the car as you use normal nova outer cv's, if you want to replace the outer cv's they are nova gte/ nova td fitment, the splines on the cv dont match up with the driveshaft if you use sr or lower models ones iirc. Its been a while since I used a set now, change the bearing for safety reasons.

There isn't much else to them tbh, a ?40 mount kit off ebay and you've basically got everything to drop a xe in a nova, you can build them so cheaply If you want to :)
