Gone where?
Head off job and see if any are bent.

Compression check would be a good idea, and see if any cylinder is down on pressure compared with the others, and go from there
Good call.
Forgot to mention that/\

Engine's in bits guys.....
Valve spring compressor is what you need to relieve the pressure of the springs on the collets so that you can drop the valves out of the head. Unless any of them are seriously bent or have burnt bits missing, you can't do a proper visual inspection of the sealing surfaces of the valves and the valve seats without removing them.

What make you think the valves are suspect?
Does it run OK at the minute? how many miles has it done?
Are you worrying about nothing?
Would compression check first, then if necessary strip it!

its done 80000-81000

Your getting a bad knock, so you stripped the top end?
Sorry bud, 99 times out of 100, tappy noise = top end, knocking noise = bottom end.
plus you cant inspect the valves without taking them out.
anyway while the head is off you really should relap the valves (its in the haynes manual that you should have) so as to get some power back as they will have worn/pitted over the years
If the valves are out line them up on a flat surface (flat end down) and you should see if any are bent
If they are still fitted to teh head, turn the head upside down and pour fuel into the area where the valve sits (ensure they are all closed) if the petrol leaks through, they aint sealing
