Anyone know how the coding works that's printed on G-max springs?
I was sold a set of second hand springs that were -60mm only upon giving them a scrub I found this code printed on them.
G-MAX 30 VA 23L REAR

i have 80 printed on my springs?
anyone know what mm these are?
look on the link on page 1 mate
Gmax are very random with the codes they print. The spring on my fiesta had 30 written on them, but turned out to be a 60mm drop when we checked the price book/code thing.
gamx code are nothin to do with the dropp there for the old sale system on the halford kit as they are made for them thats where the number some form .

Iirc G-max use different codes on the springs to differentiate between spring kit only and full suspension kit.

Come on Craig, if it was gaskell you know you tell him he'd be much better off using valve springs instead!lol

Valve springs would be too firm in comparison....
My old Pi setup had me thinking I'd been sold the internals from a retractable ball point pen!

Project Aspirin didn't seem too bad on KYB shocks and PI springs.
