Avo Suspension

i see that a lot of people on here are using height adjustable avo suspension nowadays, was just wondering if any of the people using them on 2L cars had changed the springs??

Cos i am guessing that the suspension is not design for novas with big engines, so do you need to get springs with a higher rating or are they ok as they come?????

i'm using avo adjustable dampers on the rear but have apex springs. On the front i hav bilstein dampers with custom made springs designed for the 2.0 conversion

in the front of my 2l i have bilstein coil-overs and as for springs well the nova has gpoup A suspension and :mrgreen: the the springs are tarmac spec,

you can get avo to supply courtenay rated front springs

supposedly the springs that are supplyed with the coilovers is fine to use with a 2.0 l.

You may want to uprate them to be sure
