alright ppl iv took off the shitey bump strips on the sides of my nova 1.2i and took the nova badge off at the back aswell as the 1.2i badge but u can still see the marks where the badges where any one have any ideas of gettin it away? iv tried t-cut and shit but its still there . will i have 2 spray over it? im not really that bothered coz im gonna get a full respray . so anway what else can i do 2 my car while i wait for my new interior and bumpers 2 come :D !! cheers. oh any one no how much it will cost for a full respray :?
if its the resedue left by the foam from the badges use white spirit or very hot soapy water - bit of elbow greese with a soft cloth will come off in time. Dont respray over it as it will repell paint! U could also try good quality degreaser used before prep for spraying.
What about lowering car 60mm on full kit springs n dampers (?210 for gmax kit), or alloys (14" or 15" most common - ?70 - ?500+)
If youre getting respray in future its poinless doing anything to the body apart from perhaps a spoiler (GSi one ?50 approx) or GSi front bumper (about ?50) with seat/laguna splitter (?25+ approx). U could tinty your windows but if u f u c k it up it will look shite.
post some wanteds on the sales/wanted part of the site and post some pics of yer car so we can see work in progress.

Slam it to the floor on a set of 16's or 17's. Put the mk2 front on if it hasnt already been done.
Get a custom exhaust made up by powerflow.
For a decent respray you are looking to pay at least a grand. (you can get them cheaper, but the job wont be as good)
I'm taking mine to dawsons in bornmouth and it is costing about 2 grand for a flip paint. Seems expensive but when you see the finish you will understand why.

dont get a powerflow there all fart no power! lots of kids round my way have them an i dont see a performance difference( lots of ppl laugh at them poor kids) try gently warming the residue with a hair dryer an then peel it off jus be carefull not to blister the paint, the cost of a re-spray depents on where u go,amount of prep work needed, the type of finish,an how much per litre the paint costs also if u do most of the prep work urself ie take out the interior/windows etc then u save on the labour charge leavin u more cash to spend

There isnt nothing wrong with powerflow exausts. Mine looks cool, sounds exactly how I want it (not the usual raspy nova shit sound)
HAvnt noticed any difference in power, but didnt do it for that.
