do you have to use plastic primer when painting plastic? can i use standard primer? also once i have plastic primered can i then use hi build primer on top then base coat then lacour

i a ped haha.. my painting is spot on just not sure if i have to use plastic primer on plastic or i can get away with just primer??

When I did my bumpers and side skirts I used a plastic primer and then some high build ontop of that, then the paint.

The finish was good and it didnt crak with all the twisting about I put the parts through while mincing.

No idea if not using plastic primer would have changed the result, but for the ?5 or whatever it is, its not worth skipping really.

as above... don't be a plastic spastic.... buy the primer.
