C20XE Fuel pressure reg. Which one?

After having a quick browse through here, i see varying reports on which aftermarket fuel pressure reg to use on the c20xe. Basically i need to set the fuel pressure on my essentially standard xe. So which one do i use? fse? (lots of bad reports but i see sbd using them) weber? and what pressure do i set it at? (late dis xe)

Just use the standard regulator.....?
