Hi, im going to add a strengthining kit to my car before i fit the Xe, whats best for the job as ive seen many advertised ??

HH one is the original but quite pricey for a handfull of steel shapes.

Personally I'd buy one off Chris Astley as they are proven to fit well & do the job. He has great feedback & uses this site himself if you need any advice (obv you can phone him too).

What makes the difference is that its welded in nicely. Thats what makes the most difference IMO.

agreed, you could get the "best" steel, the "best" cutting and shaping in the world, but if its welded on by a moron then its going to be pointless.

exactly right..........

some of the welding jobs you see on some cars are shocking.......:roll:

I used to weld for a living so hopefully a Nova wont present to many problems

Buy the Harry Hockley version. Every other set is a copied version and maybe the HH kit is more expensive, but you get what you pay for.

But like the others said, they're only as good as the welding...
