SE head and inlet manifold

i have a 1.4 sr and im wanting to put a SE head on. does the inlet manifold and carb from my 1.4 head fit on the SE head??:)

SE means the compression ratio will be 9.5 to 10.0 (S) and multi point injection (E) means round ports

your 1.4 inlet manifold if standard will have square ports, this head will have round ports so these two items will not match up no. if using this head use an inlet manifold off a 1.2 spi nova or 1.6 spi cav or similar. your carb will bolt straight up.

The SE head will lower your compression ratio i think (which is not what you want unless you run a turbo)

The inlet will physically fit yeah, but the ports are way off.
