Fitting cobra clubmans

I have recently bought cobra clubman seats for my nova but am having trouble fixing them with the universal fixing frames :? . What is the best way to remove the existing seats from the runners? If anyone has fitted clubmans in their nova i would be happy with any help from u or anyone who knows what to do,
