owend novas so no a little bit to watch out for i`m not looking to buy just yet, but has anyone seen a decent or if possible mint 1.6 novas for sale and how much would be reasonable to pay in your opinion?

Have one more then.... Just start off with the best shell you can find and make it a 1.6.

price is irrelevant, due to mileage, mods condition etc etc

yea iv looked there all modded up to the eyeballs at about ?1200

what I'm looking for is a original 1.6 gte / gsi would even consider a original sr but there slow

is there fcuk, most on ebay are sh1t, very few gte/gsi around at the minute anywhere, over the last month iv seen nothing worth buyin...

If you arent in a rush, a tidy GTE with low miles will pop up on ebay or here in no time.

Theres plenty about IMO. The days of ruining them with nasty body kits seems to have ended, now the craze is junking all the interior fittings & welding cages in etc.

2.5-3k for a tidy one...assuming you want an Original GTE/GSi

a tidy 1.6 engined Nova shouldn't be more than 2k.

Its worth checking pistonhead, that quite a good site, someone on here recently purchased an original gte was up for 1800 dont know how much he paid for it. what you looking to spend, i was say upto 2.5k is a good price to pay for a good one.:)
