Personally.. I'd get a mongoose stainless system with 3" tailpipe.

That's mainly because I've got one for sale that's only done 40ish miles.

Seriously though... the fit was excellent and it had a nice note to it. It'll also more than likely out live the car being stainless.

Mongoose or Magnex for me unless a local Powerflow is particularly good as mine is.

Hmm I dont know we still have conversions coming back from 10 years ago and we have always used magnex on them and they are still fine. Are a tad expensive ah well.

i have a magnex system on the new SR, its ace tbh, silent on tickover, but when you give it some, got a nice note to it! highly rated!

Stainless systems are cool.
Last ages and sound nicer than mild.

Not really when there usually ?250+ new.

This is very true.

I paid ?260 for mine.

Which means as its done 40ish miles it's cost me about ?1.50 per mile to use.

?200 is a bargin if you ask me. lol

Oh so you bought it, saw this add on Pistonhead, if i didnt have mine, i sure would have snapped that car up, what did you pay for it in the end think it went down to 1800 ono, and how bad were the arches, the was the only major (miner) thing up with it?

i wasn't sure whether to get a standard or performance exhaust system, after hearing loads of different views like performance system not allowing enough back pressure on initial take of and consumption of more fuel decided on the standard unit. Managed to get hold of the original oval back box in chrome so just bought the whole bosal exhaust system including the down pipes from my local dealer for my restored 58k gte, its the same as your with the original gte hub caps, in to minds whether to lower it and put my cav slabs on it though:roll: got your self a nice motor hope you keep it that way:thumb:
