Been a member for a while now and i've made the odd thread/post but i dont think i've ever really introduced myself. I'm 21 from the friendly town of Chard in Somerset. I've had 3 novas to date and i've just aquired my 4th.

1st - Nova SR in red with novadose bodykit (gay i know but was a first car)

2nd - Nova GSI in silky violet

They are Dare V1s powder coated in white. I don't think dare make them anymore and they are very hard to come across secondhand as i wanted another set for a different car. They looked good on the nova but the handling wasnt that special and i wanted to get the car lower so i changed them for some polished softstars.

Howdo. You're just up the road from me. I have a mate who lives in Chard so I'm quite often in that neck of the woods.

Thanks i've had other cars such as a calibra and vectra gsi but there's just something about novas im sure u all know.lol

Razorjack we met briefly at a Bridgwater meet a while back, i drove the SRI then but it was my brothers.

Since then he took it off the road and aquired a GSI engine which he intended to put in the car. He abandoned the project due to lack of patience mainly so i've taken it off his hands. I plan to drop in the GSI engine which i've almost finished rebuilding and treat it to a set of GSI bumpers and skirts in black and get some vaux wheels possibly also in black.

The shell is mint theres no rust and its never had any welding. It was professionally resprayed 2 years ago to a very high standard but since then my brother managed to put a slight scratch in the passenger rear quarter and a gate blew open onto the drivers door and put a dent near the handle. Im taking it back to the same bodyshop to be repaired and i'll also take the bumpers etc there to be painted.

I'll put a thread up in the projects section and post progress pics etc :thumb: i've also got a few questions to ask regarding the conversion

Yea im loving the GTE it's also in very good condition and is becoming a rare car on the road these days.

Unfortuantly so, had a bit of a misshap which resulted in me rolling a few times:cry: Got another nova after that ?100 ebay jobbie drove that for a bit, tried to MOT it was laughed out of the garage so it got crused by a monster truck at a stunt show, then got a VW, nice mk2 golf still love them and will get another one day and finally another nova.... Wanna get your self down to the next meet man
