An idea of what intercooler you have & where the pipe exits are located etc might be better.

Alternatively look up the WIP threads in the projects forum for C20LET builds.

Depends how wide it is and where roughly your planning on mounting it (pic of it held in place on the car would help), also size is the inlet / outlet ??

seeing as its a universal ebay jobbie you going to have trouble

all i can remember that it wider then my old one, and a lot taller, and i had a very hard job fitting mine

Its all gonna depend on wether the boost hoses will fit either side of the radiator, i'm thinking not ??
If its not to wide you could get 2 90 degree hoses either side of the radiator pointing into the bay, you'd probly be better off having the inlet / outlets at the top.
If its to wide to fit either side of the radiator then you'll have to run the hoses under the crossmember and up into the bay or have them going thru the crossmember.
You'd be best making up some brackets to support it as well as its gonna be a fair weight hanging on the hoses.
My Frontera one fits perfectly either side of the rad and the inlet / outlet point into the bay, 2" flexi hose from the turbo to intercooler one side and 2 90 degree bends on the other side that fetches the outlet to just under the slam panel, then a homemade steel boost pipe to join it to the tophat.

Your gonna have chop the front panel a bit as well unless its gonna hang out the bumper.
Good pics on here ...

Both mine and the one in the link have a std GSi radiator fitted.
I think mines pretty tight with 2" pipework, can imagine 3" pipework being a ball ache.

My pipe work goes either side of my rad over the cross member.
