Anyone tried it?
I'm probably getting one to put on the 1.2 to tide me over, however I want something I can use if I upgrade engine.
I'm assuming 32/34s will be way too small for 1.4/1.6......40s seem to be the thing to have.
Anyone any ideas?
i'd go for the 40's on both the 1.4 and 1.6 if you can afford. however the 1.4 responds better to the 32/4 as the 1.6 is efi.

so basically would the 32/34 work and be anything effective at all on 1.4 or 1.6?

It would work and be effective (once set up for!) the 1.4, you wont get a manifold for a 1.6 and you'd see no gains.
You would loose power fitting a 32/24 to a 1600mpi engine.
The original efi is FAR superior.

32/34 is fine for a mild 1.4, camshaft upto 275degree, any higher and 40's are best from my experience.
