rear quarters and suspention

I've got a set of -40mm KYB shocks and PI springs (sold as a PI kit)

Been on the car for a few hundred miles tops.

They are currently still on the car but they'll be off within the next two weeks.

whats the difference? mine are rusty i need the exterior metal that gets painted if you know what i mean i thought they were just to different names for the same thing lol

back quarter is a near full pannel for the whole back quarter rear arch repair pannel is just like a repair piece for mainly the arch lip where they are prone to rotting
