Guys, probably been asked a million times but anyway:

Will 16" speedline allesios with 195/45's fit on standard rear arches?

Basically my motor has original unrolled rust free arches (probably replaced at some point in its 18 years!!!!) and i dont want to roll them.

If they do does anybody want to sell me a set for decent money???????

location Ayrshire Scotland.

cheers

My Nova is lowered 60mm with Speedlines with 205/45 tyres and they catch the rear arches a little as do the fronts but only on full lock. Is it worth going for 195/45 tyres? Thanks

With 205 tyres/\?
Fook me.
My 15's occasionally rub, and they have 195/45 tyres.

I tried some 16s, very similar offset etc to speedlines on mine years ago, with 195/45 tyres and they wouldn't even fit under the arch lip.

It will also depend on what J the wheel is. My 16" Speedlines are 7J and wouldn't fit. But some 6J's might.

My 16" Speedline Allesios with 205/45 tyres fit under the archs ok (Rolled front and slightly skimmed rears) but tend to rub the inside of the arch (inner arch).

Just wondered if it would be worth changing to 195/45 as i am ready for some new tyres?

Alessio's are 6.5J width. They should fit a mk2 with mm's to spare however a mk1 will need the arch lip fettling in my experience.

195/45 tyres are a must or 40's.

Aye TOyo's are slim in that size. Yoko A539's are really small in that size as opposed to the Uniroyal rain sports I had which are like tractor tyres in comparison.
