Or have a early boot with out the grab handle still keeping the vinal. sort of like this one but obviously not sport graphics the gte vinal v

But taking into account its a concourse car so if i changed the boot would this affect my chances in maybe winning shows or would it be ok as it will still have the vinal on
please help
Leave it as is IMO, I really don't see the fascination with the older style boots...
i was just thinking about having a smoother look

I would say leave it as it is,but then again never seen one without the grab handle(with vinyl),as long as your keeping the vinyl,it would'nt make much difference...

Early boot with no grab handle mate - Looks much better
Yep I too prefer the earlier boot, just looks better IMO
Keep the original tailgate, with the handle and get rid of the vinyl and just have it painted body colour!:D
This thread needs a poll lol

Definetly put the vinyl on whichever style you choose, its what makes the gte/gsi's stand out from the rest, thats my opinion

I'd leave it standard as its a proper GTE.

think about long term if you decide to sell it after, as its getting harder to find a standard gte, keeping the bootlid the way it is and you'll have a better chance of selling it later. Plus they look better standard:thumb:
is this the one thats having the big spec '300' bhp xe?
