2.0 brakes

hi guys just put some 256mm brakes on my nova, but they are very spongy,does anyone have a good idea wat i can do to stop this thx

i have bled them but i only bled the front brakes. would this matter and do braided hoses have a good affect thx

Have you got the calipers on the right side?
The bleed nipple should be at the top when the caliper is bolted down..

yes i have. they seemed to of got better as iv used them. and iv managed to get some brand new goodrich hoses for 15quid lol resolt
