would you not be better to do a complete rebuild, than just the rings, would proballly work out better in the long term,
rings would be roughly 100 to 150 euro, dont know about labour

Parts wise, you'll need:

New piston rings
New big end bolts
New Head gasket
New head bolts
Cam belt

Whilst your there you may as well change

Big end shells
Sump gaskets
Water pump
Oil pump

And then theres labour, which you could do yourself, but will need:

A torque wrench
'E' sockets
Piston ring compressor
on top off your normal kit

very smokey dont mean rings..could be a number of things so dont go spending all your dough on getting them changed just to find it wasnt the cause.

what interior?? the standard gte one??

as people say its worth however much some one is willing to pay.

^ditto

If you look hard enough you my find a low miles 1.6 8v cheaper than doing the work, if it's only a quick fix your after.
