the chap that had my car before thought it would be a good idea to remove the bump strips and the black sticky stuff underneath

only problem is he did a crap job and left half most of the sticky stuff behind anyone got any tips to get rid of whats left behind?

oh and he only did one side so either i have replace the bump strips and black stuff or get it off the other side help pls fellows

or gum wheel/drill
