blow cold air which I always found annoying/odd!

Can they be converted to blow warm air like the side ones?

If so how - drawings please...

Looking at a picture of the heater matrix behind the dash, it looks like you should be able to blank off the cold air duct and re-route some of the ducting from either side of it (for the windscreen?) to route to the central vents. Just got to make sure you don't take too much or your windscreen won't get enough.

In the summer months, the central vents are aimed in my direction & open full time.

^^ this is the first year that ive had heaters an it feels strange, as normally I would driving with the windows down so that it doesnt mist up lol. My corsa ones are toasty warm

Yeah Corsa heaters are the shizzle, although ive found that Cav ones are far superior :P

they blow cold air so that tou can have heater on without it getting stuff and keep windows shut, the let airstraight in from outside so ideal on motorway etc wen havin window open is noisy n blowy. wen i ripped my heater matrix out of new shell im sur i worked out a way to convert em to blow warm, think the is a panel that can be un-done and moved, like a flap to block the cold feed and allow warm air thru.
the centre vent in my beemer can be set to hot or cold but the strength of the fan is SH1T!!! on full blast its like a nova on 1 or 2 !!!!!!

I'll second that, my 730i blowers were useless. Sometimes you just need a good blow.

However, the Audi heater/blower combo works a treat in its over engineered, efficient Teutonic way. Much nicer this winter compared to last winters Nova-based morning misery.

I've just put a brand new VALEO matrix in my Nova. So hopefully it should get quite toasty....

Last couple Nova's I've had the heaters have been dreadfull & I've had the cars for winter commuting. Doh!
