what is it called that is in your fuel tank and measures how much fuel you have but not the pump type? on a multi-point injection. and any one know where to get one. thanks

There was a brand new 1 on ebay the other day.I was tempted just to get it as a spare but forgot.lol

but its not a sender as such. i thought the sender was a type of pump? just the fuel amount float thing?

yes a fuel sender as that is the bit that has the float on the end which then tells the dash from the other end of the float how much fuel is in the tank.

on ebay sumert like this. Item number: 320182306976 But there is no float thing on there. im i on the right lines?

I had mine out last night. It incorporates the fuel pick up for the MPI tanks aswell.
