Fuel tanks

Hi all. Just bought an alloy fuel tank but noticed it only has 1 return. Do i need to have a breather on the filler? The tank is being used on an injection system.

i have never built one on tb's but i would imagine so

Iv thought about the set up below (**** drawing alertlol ) only problem with it is that theres no breather onto the filler pipe, do i realy need one?

any help appreciated
