Are all outer nova CV joints the same?

One of mine is knocking, but its on a 22spline shaft. Are the outer CV's the same as normal ones?

FYI I did some rooting at the local motor factors, and although all nova CV's fit all novas, the ones listed for 22 spline shafts are beefier.
