1.3 Cams into 1.2?

I'm running a 1.2 re-built head over a 1.3SR block but I think I'm going to be ready for a new cam soon kos it's making a small knocking sound so will a 1.3SR cam fit into a 1.2 head and make any difference to performance? :eating:

I'll get a highlift cam fitted instead. Just thought I'd see whether a 1.3 cam would do the same job. I'll just have to put my hand in my tight pocket and spend a bit more! :morning:
