My mate crashed his astra not the old ones, but before he crashed it for about 2 week he had a back box fitted that sounded awesome not too loud at all...

Questions:-
Will it fit on my nova if it was modded or not?
If it needs modding what needs doing to backbox and zorst allready on car?


As you can see it has the twin end coming from 1 box...

It wont fit.

By the time you've paid someone to modify it to fit, you could have paid powerflow to make one up specifically for you.

Standard backbox is about ?12 if you're that bothered about the state of the current one.

Try it for size and work out which bits need modifying to fit. You might need a length of reducer pipe if the bore is different though.

Just get a standard backbox 'til you can afford to get a system :) No point having a noisy exhaust unless it's helping performance, you will just add the wrong attention. Damn how red was I when my Big bore 4 fell off in Sainsburys' carpark! Although that was a few years ago now...

Exhaust noise sounds poo without induction noise to back it up.

And anyway, the first mod I'd want to declare to my insurance would be better brakes :p.

EDIT: there was a mongoose or magnex system for a 1.3 for sale on here down south somewhere, go get that.
