noticed on the back inside page it has a mention of 12 of the uk`s mentalist nova`s featured .....
im thinking there must be a few members from here in that line up ...??

recall a nova van running 500 bhp?? in the ten of the best was an achivement to get that to move at all id imagine ..lol
not my prefered shape must admit but thought there must be a few worthy of inclusion in the list ..?

Nope, just a magazine typo. TBH i expect there'll be a few. When my car was in FHM they said I'd removed the 16v engine and fitted a turbo lump lol lol lol

That was awsome... Hmmm, suppose it will be in the mag, can't ask Dougie cos he is at his work party. Dunno where he found the fella but I think he was the mate of the guy with the black V6 SR, the one who was on the TV stand at Trax :)
It was in the Ace Cafe report - and the black one is cool aswell, standard 1.4 SRi with a ruddy big engine and nitrous!
MMMMMMMM :) Needing ideas for an engine myself... Should grow some balls so I can have a V6 in mine :D

We want to do a joint feature with all 4 BU cars, but unfortunately just when we're about to put in for it I blow my engine to bits lol

The mentalist stripped out racer theme was not the theme of the day as far as i was aware?? It was supposed to be a cross section of novas from small to big block, it just so happens that only 1 small block turned up. My car most certainly is not any sort of mental track car etc, it was used as a yard stick standard xe as far as i know.
Aye origionally it was supposed to be a gathering of Novas with different engines / conversions, everything from 1400 to Turbo / V6 ect ... and get performance figures together for each one, but as said there was only 1 small block Nova turned up, the rest were all 2.0 / Turbo / V6 ... it also just happened that alot of the cars were stripped out.
Looking forward to the feature, was a good day.
