1.6 8v head bolt torque settings

Being the lazy muppet I am, I 'misplaced' my haynes manual and cant find it. Can I just check that this it the correct way of torquing down a head.

Tighten to 25/30Nm then 3 lots of 60 Degrees?

PS. I know it says 1.6 16v.

Just thought i'd check the general consenus as I've read there is more that one way.
