Max Power tint and TSW alloys

Been on the max power website, cant find there tint on there, anyone know where i could find it? Would Motor world have it? I want those TSW alloys that have 5 spokes then split into two where they join the rim? Ive heard there ET45, would 16" fit with no mods?
