Where's the best place to get a vernier pulley for my 1.6 8v T. And what make would you recomend i have a piper fast road cam would it be best to stick to the same make?:cool:

Pullys are not "1.6 8v T" specific lol

Just get a GTE/GSi item. Define best place.....price, postage time what?

get a vernier pully, its not like its going to break.

get the cheapest you can

if it fits get it, all its got to do is retard/advance the timing to about 10 deg. its not like its going to snp off.

cheapest ive found is performancecentre.co.uk i think it is.if not then google it.think its 84pound.

just get a kidney slot cut into the locating pin of the current pulley.... odds on its not going to need to be moved much.


whats the EXACT cam spec.... not its gay wordy name.

For the cost of a vernier he may as well just buy one rather than (bodge) slot his std one, imo
