Yep. I run ET37 15x7's with 195/45/15's lowered 60mm, and I had the archs rolled back under themselves and pulled a fair bit.

To give you an idea, I have ET43 6.5j wide wheels 195/45R15 and they rub with people in the back but handeling is fine no problems there.

With ET38 it would be a pain and wont handle as it would on correct offset, would most probably rub on bumpy roads.
