In theory:

1-Buy clears
2-Masking tape
3-Mask off the top section and half the bottom
4-Buy red tint spray, spray lightly
5-Remove masking tape

Its probably much harder than the theory to do tho lol

If you need a guide on how to tint rear lights, then I wouldn't even begin to consider it lol

I've go tsome red tint spray at home. I might have a go at making a few sets...
