sounds like prev owner took vynal off, changed mind then decided to put back on by getting more - realised vauxhall charge a shed load for it and thought arse and decided to respray bottom instead with black paint (cheats way!).

Dont know if vauxhall did 2 tone novas in paint - always thought it was vynal on the bottoms. Why dont u just get a match and paint it?

Someone will have stripped off the vinyl along the bottom kos my previous nova which was a 1.4sr had the same s**t on and i decided to start rubbing it down and spraying it kos the vinyl looks s**t anyway. I think some 1 basically did a rubbish job spraying it so you may aswell re-do it anyway.

Basically i agree with ade just in more words. :?
