xe idling fast?

alo all, recently the xe has been idling bit fast at around 1.5k but been goin upto 2k lately if not bit over then droppin back down the 1.5k very annoyin basically drive's itself, tried cleaning throttle bodie but no luck, any idea's to what it could be, cheers

ICV (the small silver cylinder in front of the main TB).

Remove it and give it a good clean out.
