Is the pedal hard or soft?
Is there still plenty of material left on the pads?
Have you tried cleaning the discs+pads?

Did you use new fluid when you bled them or just bleed the old stuff?
When changing pads you should remove the reservoir cap & slowly push the pistons back into the calipers.
Try leaving the cap off & wedge the pedal down overnight with a brick or stick against the seat. Or pressure bleed the system with an eezi-bleed kit.
Braided stainless flexi's or old 20 yr old rubber Flexi's?
pedal is spongy but it always has, ya tried cleaning discs and pads didnt help, an the lines a 2 year old rubber ones.ill try change the fluid at weekend and id that dont work i was thinkin of doin v6 anyway!
i was thinkin of doin v6 anyway!
To make the pedal feel even worse! lol
I would bleed the system through, and check for any signs of fluid leaking.
