Does anybody know what sort of price a garage would charge to fit uprated shocks and springs? Thanks.

do it yerself! its piss easy! Follow instructions in Haynes and the kit - also thee used to be a pretty good diy guide on here and also on top buzz site.

I fitted Gmax 60mm shox and springs in a day and that me never doing it before and fighting with a rusted suspension strut nut!

Local garage quoted me ?150. Suspension kit only cost ?200.

Seriously, if u have a basic knowledge of mechanics (and I mean basic) u can do it yerself. Maybe only use the garage to set the torque on the nuts etc after fitting (just to be safe).
