toyota mr2 = ferrai f355?

Yea a company produced the kit a while ago, but because of such similar looks ferrari sued them and put that company out of business.

However, i've noticed a few firms making/selling that kit again lately.

id rather by a skyline or summet or an alfa romeo i reckon they wud be more reliable cos i mean italien dont exactly make the best reliable cars, my mate has a fiat panda(i know its pretty shit) its had the stupidest of parts broken and took fookin ages to get them for that model, all his badges just fell off for one thing and the other day half the windcreen popped thru went he was on the motorway. but at least if u get a toyota is japanese (i think not sure) believe it or not the japs make gud stuff and its a lot cheaper.0X

Duuuuhhh YES Toyota is Japanese - My oh My you are a clever one! The Japanese do make good cars, but your even thicker than your previous posts suggest if you think they are cheap to own, run or modify.

Let just put it this way a Dump Valve for a Supra costs more than a reconditioned engine for a Nova.

Servicing is a pain as the engines are so crammed into the engine bay there is little room for working, where as you could home a small Romanian family in the engine bay of a Nova.

Parts have to come from Japan and only until recently have become more obtainable with the help of decent import tuners and garages.

All of these factors means that owning a japanese car is neither cheap or easy.

Me thinks you should go and read a book. God forbid you might learn somthing.

As for putting a 355 body kit on a MR2 - Retarded, bit like modifying a Nova !

The Kit's for the MR2 were made by a company call ISH.

TBH to a true ferrari fan (like me) the mr2 replicas are easy to spot. They are too short fom the door back to be a ferrari.

However at donny this year there was a pontiac fiero based lookalike and it had me convinced. Didn't help that he'd put cream leather with red piping and a true ferrari steering wheel inside.

It was such a good replica i was annoyed when i worked out it wasn't real and i had been conned.
