am currently running a c16se with cam big valve gas flowed head 4 into 1 exhaust system its goes well for a 1.6
just wondering what will be better an air box or aftermarket filter
i have always used K&N but heard an air box could be better

The std airbox with an enlarged front feed & hi-flow panel filter is regarded as best.
However a decent cone filter with a good feed of cool air should be similar. Its hard to get consistant results on a rolling road tbh & the difference would be 1 or 2 bhp, wheras the associated heat problems on rolling roads will cause differences in readings of more than 2 bhp I would guess.

so if i make a decent cold air feed and try and keep as much heat away from the filter i will get a more of a positive result well in theroy i should
